The staff at Grind Hamburgers, Georgetown, were extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their interaction felt genuine - polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was quick, and they made sure everything was prepared the way I wanted. The food was just as impressive: the burgers were juicy, fresh, and full of flavour, with high-quality ingredients and perfectly cooked patties. The fries were hot and crispy, and everything tasted freshly made. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with great customer service and delicious food.

Although placed right opposite their chain competition, I chose to support local. And I was not disappointed. The taste of the burger I ordered, waffle fries and the chicken fingers for my kid were excellent. The burgers are customizable and hence it works perfectly. They were accommodating to asking for extra ketchup and trays. Overall an enjoyable experience and definitely recommended.

Big, juicy, flavorful burgers! Love this great local business. My dog was barking at me from outside and they gave me a piece of bacon to give to him, it's the small things like that, that make a big difference! I definitely walked out with a smile on my face. Also the ingredients are always fresh, and they chose the perfect bun to sandwich it all together
